From the ground floor living room there is access to the front of the house with outdoor furniture and sea views. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and a bathroom with shower. Finally, the large bedroom of the apartment has a king-size bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a closet with interior lighting.

Outside there is a private 50m2 saltwater swimming pool with adjacent children’s pool, umbrellas and sun loungers by the pool, outdoor kitchen, fully equipped gas barbecue with outdoor sink and refrigerator, outdoor dining area, outdoor living room under the shade of a pergola, parking for up to 3 cars. The villa and grounds are also fenced.
