Two plots of land with a total area of 10.050,49 square meters, located high on a mountain slope, bordering the Sahtouria – Agios Pavlos road. It has a downward slope towards the sea, offering a unique view of the bay of Agios Pavlos and the Paximadia Islands.

Both plots of land are buildable as they are in existence as they have been since before 2003 and have all the necessary documents from the relevant authorities.
