The residence is located in the southern part of Rethymno on a slope, with an unobstructed view of the Libyan sea and the Paximadia islands. The composition of 165 sq.m. consists of exposed concrete volumes alternating with stone elements such as the entrance volume and the free-standing walls. The structure is completed by pergolas on the East, South and West sides, forming patios that function as quiet places to enjoy the view and the outdoors and as well as meeting points for all the tenants.
The composition is broken up by the water volume – the pool – which faces the view and separates the house into public and more private uses.
