The 5,700 square meter plot is located on a high amphitheatrical slope with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains in the area of Triopetra. To the right side of the plot is the small church of Timios Stavros, and to the left side flows a river that leads to the beach of Triopetra.

Triopetra and Agios Pavlos are both approximately 4 km in distance, located in opposite directions.
The city of Rethymnon is located approximately 50 km away, while Heraklion airport is about 96 km away.

The two beaches of Triopetra are separated by a small bay. At the edge of the bay, there are three imposing rocks in the sea, from which the area has been named.
