10,000 square meter land plot is for sale in the area of Kissou Kampos. It has access from a country road and frontage throughout its area. The land plot has a sloping position with a view to Mount Kedros. The plot is equipped with a water tank that has a direct connection.

The village began to be built after 1930, when the railroad to Rethymno was opened. At first a wooden structure was built, then the first houses were built and the first residents started to do business.
Today the settlement has a growing population, several new buildings are being built by residents of the surrounding villages, while several people are active in business. In recent years a magnificent church dedicated to Agios Vasilios was built and is in use in the settlement.
