Field of 4,358 m² outside the settlement of Kerame, buildable and with direct water and electricity connection. It has a panoramic view of the sea and the islands of Paximadia, which is not obstructed by any new or existing building, also the village is visible next to it. In a short distance from the village there are several beaches, such as Ligres, Triopetra and the back beach of Agios Pavlos with its impressive dunes.
